Canton, NY – SUNY Canton Freshman Jane Pancoe scored two goals and added three assists in an 11-1 win over Hilbert College. Eight different Roos scored goals and 16 players had at least one point in the contest.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- SUNY Canton erupted for six first-period goals jumping out to a 6-1 lead. Scoring for the Roos were freshman Alexia Labre, freshman Tilly Couture, freshman Kyra O'Keefe, junior Iida Laitinen and Pancoe who tallied two goals. Abby Dawson scored the Hawks lone goal.
- The Roos extended their lead to 11-1 in second period with goals coming from freshman Danika Lalonde, O'Keefe and two from junior Desiree Snook.
- Both teams were held off the scoresheet in the third period.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Labre and Couture both scored their first collegiate goals in the contest.
- The Roos power play went 1 for 2 on the afternoon while their penalty kills was a perfect 4 for 4. Faceoffs were 32-15 in favor of the Roos.
- SUNY Canton senior Sirena Alvarez made three saves, giving up one goal.
- The Hawks Cassie Troy made 24 saves in the first period and Tia Card relieved her in the second and third period, stopping 24 more shots.
